Shopping

Browse through the products using category buttons.  When you find a product you wish to buy, select a finish ( if there is a choice ), then click the buy button. A window will open showing your shopping basket containing the item. You can change the number of items (then press "Update Cart") if you require more than one of the same item. Please ensure the details are correct.  Continue to add items until you have finished shopping.  You can leave the shopping basket window open while you are shopping, or close it, then reopen it at any time by clicking on the Basket button at the top right of the screen.

Please note that you must enable pop-ups for the shopping basket to work and to see zoom pictures of the products.

Photographs

To help you shop, the photographs in each sub category are approximate scale and measurements are given wherever possible. Please note, however that this is based on the  measurements provided to us by the manufacturer, which can only be considered as approximate.

Placing an Order

To complete a purchase, click on the Place Order button on the Shopping Basket screen, and follow the instructions. After you have completed the checkout process, if you have elected to pay by credit or debit card, you will be taken to a secure payment page to process your payment. After you have completed payment, SpeedyGift will send you an email detailing the order and the payment company will send you an email detailing the transaction. If you do not receive both emails, please contact customer services. In addition, you will receive one more email when the goods are dispatched, informing you of an expected arrival date and giving any tracking information, so you can track the progress of the delivery.
